Doorbell stops midchime

I setup my video doorbell without much issue. But when the doorbell is pressed, the chime stops halfway through. Any thoughts?

Which doorbell model?

 

If you have a digital chime, there is a setting in the app that adjusts the length.  It defaults to 4 seconds, but can be set up to 10 seconds.  It's in the "traditional chime" section of the settings.
