After working perfectly for 18 months, my Arlo Video Door causes the doorbell to ring at random intervals without the doorbell being physically "pushed." All wiring is snug at doorbell and at Arlo device. Any thoughts. Thanks.

TGIII,

How often is this happening? This could indicate a voltage issue with the transformer:

How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?

This could also indicate an issue with the power kit:

How do I install the Power Kit for my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wired?

How do I enable Bypass Mode on my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell Wired?

James, thank you for the quick response.

The timing is random between events, but it is approximately 1 - 2 times per hour. The sound is from the pre-existng doorbell chime box and sounds like a partial ring - not an entire "ding/dong."

Existing doorbell is 12 volts.

TGIII,

Arlo Video Doorbell requires a 16-24V AC transformer. If your transformer is only providing 12, this is likely why you're experiencing odd behavior.

Hi,

My Arlo doorbell has began to randomly chime when it detects motion.

My Arlo is a wireless model with no chime. Chime comes through on Google. It’s worked perfectly but all of a sudden when motion is detected it treats it as though the doorbell has been pressed.
