After the latest app update my doorbell seemed to disconnect from my vmb4000 Basestation. Now I can not reconnect it. I can set up the doorbell through wifi, but not through the Basestation so now I can't use homekit. Any suggestions? I have tried resetting both several time. Thanks.

Remove it from Settings, My Devices. Use the reset procedure found in the FAQ in the Support area. Hold the small hidden button on the back until the ring starts flashing. Try again.

It's the weirdest thing. I have factory reset both the Basestation and the doorbell multiple times. The doorbell is still letting connect to WiFi but not the Basestation(vmb4000). I don't have any other devices to connect to the base station to test it's the doorbell or the base station that is the issue. Not sure what else to try. They all worked until this past Sunday.
