Hi,
My 90 day trial of Arlo secure came to an yesterday. Since yesterday the doorbell has been notifying of detections (people/movements) every few minutes. I have also received subscription reminders nagging me of the loss of notifications and recordings. It is annoying, very disruptive, and unnecessary since I had already subscribed 10 days ago.

Have you double-checked that the camera is in the subscription plan?

Yes, it was the first thing I double checked. Maybe, Arlo needs to do the same?

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Hi,
First, I tried playing around with My Devices -> Doorbell -> Motion Detection Test until I set it from 100% to 0% but it still continued sending motion detection notifications whatever setting.
I should also mention that I set 2 activity zones (My Devices -> Doorbell -> Video Settings) but the doorbell ignores those.
Finally, I went to Smart Notifications -> Manage Arlo Smart -> Doorbell and switched everything off.

Is it possible to try and re-onboard the device and test again?

Motion detection settings must be made in your modes and rules. The motion test is just a test that doesn't save.
