Doorbell lost connection and won’t reconnect

Hi,
Installed the video doorbell yesterday, it worked great. Then the next morning it would not connect. I reset it and removed from the app and it will not connect. I have tried over and over. The base station was reset as well. Still nothing. Reset the wifi too. The other cameras work so I know the base is working.

What LED behavior are you seeing on the doorbell?

 

When you say you reset the doorbell, did you factory reset as instructed here: How do I reset my Arlo Essential Video Doorbell?
