Our video doorbell arbitrarily goes off during the day when the outside temperatures get hot. The feed shows only a black screen every time. Today, for example, outside temps are at 77 degrees and it’s only 9:30 a.m. Our home is south facing and there are not obstructions to the doorbell. All other Arlo cameras are more than 6-1/2 ft away. The doorbell has been removed, reinstalled and reset multiple times and upload/download speeds have been checked as well. At night, the video feed is fine. I have contacted Arlo Customer Support on numerous occasions with no resolution. My last two calls to the support center ended with the issue being raised to the 2nd level support team and I have yet to be contacted in either case. The Customer Support is horrible.

Do you get a message about the doorbell being too hot? South-facing in direct sunlight can cause the camera to exceed the spec and cause this message.
