Doorbell firmware update wont run because "device is in use"

There's a firmware update for my doorbell. I try to apply it, but get an error because the "device is in use". I don't know what I need to do to make it not in use.

You can try rebooting the phone to see if that helps. Otherwise, turn the power off for the doorbell (circuit breaker is the easy one) to allow the doorbell to reset to a known condition.
