Doorbell doesn’t connect to smart hub VMB4540

Hello community, 

 

My Arlo doorbell doesn’t connect to my smart hub (firmware 1.16.3.4_707)

 

The problem seems to appear when I try to scan the QR code... No QR code appears at that step. 

 

The wifi seems OK (both on 2,4 and 5 Ghz).

 

Any tips? Thanks.

This issue has been resolved with the latest release of the Arlo iOS mobile app. Please download the latest version from the app store.

There have been a number of reports on this and supposedly work on it is underway. Use WiFi for now and wait for firmware updates.
