Night vision on doorbell cam is cloudy. It is not picking up any reflection from objects.

Can you attach a snapshot to your next post so we can view, use the share option button and copy link from a snapshot recording in the library to add into the forum post.

I'm not sure that I'm going to keep this doorbell anyway. I replaced my wired Ring with this one because it also required a battery. It needed to be charged to often. But, Ring has color night vision which I prefer.

By all means, go for another brand that suits your needs, just return the doorbell before the return period expires.
