The video file (or live bitstream) is corrupted, so the decompression process is giving you artifacts.

 

One cause is temporary loss of signal - if some of the bitstream is lost, then the video following that bit can't be properly decoded.  So it'd be useful to look at the signal strength.

 

Of course software issues (or failing hardware) could also result in a corrupted bitstream.

Hey mate, thank you for replying.
I have mesh system using deco x20. My doorbell gets full signal as it's pretty close to the main router. See picture.
