Hi everyone,
I have just installed 3 Pro 4 cameras and the wireless video doorbell. I can view all the camera feeds in the Arlo app and the Google Home app but on the Nest Hub I can only see the images from the Pro 4 cameras but the doorbell just comes back with a message that says the camera is offline.
When I click on the Pro 4 cameras on the Nest Hub and Arlo logo comes up before the video image displays. But when I click on the Doorbell no logo comes up, there is a small purple rotating timer type image and then the offline message.
I have tried unlinking and then linking all the cameras back, restarting both the doorbell and the Nest Hub, adjusting video resolutions and everything else I can think of.
Any pointers would be gratefully received.
