Doorbell Camera Wont Connect after WAP reset/App Crashes

I have an Arlo AVD1001 Video Doorbell Camera.

When installed for the first time it was easy i had no issues.

 

Recently, i reset my Wireless Access Point to Diagnose other issues. Ended up being for nothing but since I've reset the WAP my doorbell doesn't want to communicate anymore. 

I reset my doorbell and removed the camera from my arlo app and tried to start over and connect but with no success.

My app will totally close out and go to the hone screen of my phone at the point where i'm to press the doorbell button to sync with the wireless network.

One time it synced successfully and it was asking for what i wanted to call the camera and as i was typing the app closed and i lost everything i just did.

App is not needing update, camera appeared to be up to date as i didn't have any notification saying otherwise.

Not sure what to say.

Yes, tried this but didn’t help. Ended up figuring it out though. Needed to turn off mobile network on my phone and then everything worked.

Waht phone and OS? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?
