Do I need a base station with an Arlo Essential Wired Doorbell

Trying to set my parents up with an economical doorbell and maybe an Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera (bundle). 

1) Does this bundle come with a base station?

2) Do they need a base station, in particular for the doorbell? Doesn't look like it comes with this bundle.

3) If I purchased the Premier Smart Plan, would it cover the camera and doorbell (as 2 separate cameras), or does this plan only cover cameras?

I'm not sure exactly what bundle you mean (and don't work for Arlo), but I don't think wired doorbell starter bundle includes a base.  Both the Essential camera and the wired doorbell can connect to your home wifi (though they also can be paired with a base if you want to do that later on).

Premier Smart would cover the doorbell too.   It'd be cheapest to get two single camera subscriptions (one for the camera, the other for the doorbell)
