Dead wire video doorbell

The camera appears to be dead there is no status light on and can’t connect to it.
Have try reset it but there is no status light on.

Can you measure the voltage at the doorbell?

I did check and had 22.4 V. Had to turn off the circuit breaker off and on and is working again. Very strange
