I just installed my Arlo Doorbell. It went smoothly until I got to the "Test Chime" page on the app.
I clicked "Test" when "Mechanical" was selected. Nothing...
I clicked "Test" when "Digital" was selected. Nothing...
I wanted to scroll back up to "Mechanical", but the app wouldn't allow it, so I just moved on to finish my setup. My doorbell chime is OLD! It is certainly "Mechanical". How can I reset this and get my doorbell to chime??? Everything seems good except my doorbell doesn't ring.
Thank you!

I'm assuming the power kit is installed on the chime. If so, you might want to check that the switch isn't set to bypass mode ("X"). It needs to be set to "O".

If you go into the settings now, you should be able to change the setting back to mechanical.
