Chime 2 won’t accept home Wi-Fi

I purchased chime 2 for doorbell. Chime won’t accept home Wi-Fi. Verified home Wi-Fi and password. Took to work and it easily connected to work Wi-Fi.
At home, it wants to join Arlo_**** Wi-Fi, then allows me to choose home Wi-Fi. Any reason why won’t set up at home?

Is the home wifi set up to use WPA2 (AES) security?
