Can I answer Arlo video doorbell with my AirPods Pro?

When answering the VD doorbell it always turns into speakermode. In public area is too noisy to communicate with the person a the door while Airpods are in use.

Is there a way to answer it with my AirPods Pro while it is in use? Or a feature that makes it possible?
