The problem we are having it we cannot get the doorbell to open up, there is a pinhole in the bottom, we are using the tool that came with the doorbell and we cannot get it open in order to change the wifi password, has anyone else had this problem, we are at a loss as to what to do.

It can be stiff/difficult to get it to open, so you might just need to use a bit more force.
But you shouldn't need to open the doorbell to change the wifi:
Though you would need to temporarily change the router wifi password back to the old one in order to use this procedure.
FWIW, I just don't change it (keeping my existing network name/password when I upgrade my wifi).
