Cant set up a monthly subscription for my Arlo Doorbell Camera (AVD1001)

I have an Arlo Video Doorbell which I have been using for three months with the free trial plan.  The trial has expired and I have been trying for days to set up an Arlo Smart Premier Single Camera subscription and cannot get it to work.  I put in all info in the "Enter your payment information" page and when I click on the green update payment Info button an Arlo square comes up saying please wait then the Confirm Payment button turns gray and nothing else happens.  I called in to support and was told to try a different browser.  I have tried Chrome, IE, Edge, Firefox, and Safari with multiple active credit cards and none worked.  Could someone help me out with this and tell me the secret to activating a subscription.

I just tried using Paypal and it also did the exact same thing.
