we joined the subscription about 1 month video history ($28). but we cannot watch any video in Feed of Alro's mobie App, but we can watch the live and manual to record the video. Please help to check my plan, have any problem about my subscription plan (Secure Single Camera).

Is the problem that there are no recordings to watch?
Or is something going wrong when you try to watch a video?

Just to clarify - this is a user-to-user forum, and not Arlo support. I do not work for Arlo. ( @BrookeN does).
Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera? If you can, does that show up in your feed?

Thanks, I can made a manual recording while livestreaming the camera and show up in feed, but it can't recording any video automatically when anyone have moving.
