Can the wired and/or wireless video doorbell work if phone is on cellular data

If we switch to a cellular data connection on our phones, will the Arlo wireless and/or wireless doorbell still ring the phone and allow video, talk, etc.?

Do you mean use the phone as a wifi hotspot for the doorbells?

 

Or are you asking about using the phone to connect to your doorbells w/o being connected to your home wifi network?
