Can't find push notifications for doorbell

I just installed a wired video doorbell. I am not getting notifications when there is motion. In the general settings I have push notifications turned on but no where in the app can I find how to turn these on. I updated the app today.

I can check the video live, and I get a call when the button is pushed, but I get zero notifications if activity despite setting up a activity zone.
