Can not get subscription for set up. Trouble ticket set up Feb 5 but no solution.

Need to set up video doorbell subscription but after numerous calls, I’m told many have this error and they will notify me when corrected.  But so far no response.

My ticket is 42270879.  I am trying to set up single camera subscription for doorbell. System will not submit payment. I get the same error on iPhone, iPad, and computer.  I have tried on Safari and Chrome.

I have Pro 2 other cameras and am fine with the free storage of one week.  But I’m told I must have subscription for doorbell if I want video storage.  My free subscription runs out Mar 8.

and yes my credit card is good.  I use it frequently with no issue.
