Can Ecobee Thermostat be setup as a chime for Arlo Video doorbell

Hi everyone-

I have an Arlo Video Doorbell.  Instead of relying on the chime on the wall, i'd like my Ecobee thermostat (via Alexa) to become the chime.  

Can anyone help me on how to do this.
