Camera doorbell missing motion

I started experiencing many issues with my doorbell camera recently, to start the chime stopped working recently, after the chime went back the doorbell camera no longer recorded motion, when viewing the livestream the camera screen was blank white, audio still worked on live stream. 

troubleshooted many ways, disconnected from power, factory reset and reconnected device, blank white screen persisted. I was asked to remove the device and re-add it from my Arlo app, I was able to reconnect it and still the blank white screen was present. I was asked to remove the device and reinstall it again, now the device won’t pick up the QR code during onboarding. 

device has felt hot to the touch as of late as well… any suggestions?

I’ve spent a combined 2 hours on the phone with tech support and still the issue persists after all troubleshooting recommended.

Especially with the "hot" comment, it sounds very much like it's faulty. Since you've been through all the troubleshooting steps, what's left is to buy a new doorbell (assuming the current one isn't still in warranty).
