So I’m having the same issue as a lot of other people. One of my camera keeps detecting motion even when there is nothing there. I’ve tried to adjust the zone , the motion sensitivity I even tried to adjust the sound which it shouldn’t have anything to do with the motion sensor. I’ve seen some people were able to get it fixed by starting a warranty claim or something like that. I can’t seem to find out how to talk to someone from Arlo or even get to a point on any of the support options to start a claim. It looks like constantly sensing motion has been a problem for a lot of peoples cameras. Can anyone point me in the right direction to try and get this problem resolved?

A screenshot of the camera's view would be useful. Don't forget that motion detection is from IR which can be reflected from cars, leaves, branches, etc. Positioning the camera to eliminate extraneous areas from view is generally the most useful as well as changing motion sensitivity in your modes and rules.
