Black and White Video

We have had our video doorbell for 4 months now and up until yesterday the video was in color. However yesterday it turned black and white and will not go back to color. Since it is a video doorbell it is outside.

Well, that's plenty of light! If a removal and resync doesn't help, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a hardware problem.

That implies a dark-ish environment. Mine is under a porch but still sees color during the day because it's pointing out to the street. Maybe a screenshot would help.

 

Also, is this doorbell connected to your WiFi or a base/hub? Have you tried restarting the doorbell or removing power and back on?

We have tried restarting it and powering it off. It is facing out towards the street by our front door outside.
