I am installing my Arlo Video Doorbell without an exisiting doorbell and I am using the Arlo vac transformer. Question Where should I install the Power Kit? After the transformer?

Nope, you don't use it without an existing chime. All you need is the power to the doorbell. Everything else is superfluous.
