Been invited to doorbell camera, but after invite Arlo asks to add device

Recently replaced Arlo door bell. (No issues with previous account access).
New doorbell was installed and my account said to add a device, despite receiving alerts from said doorbell. Can not view doorbell in app, only pushed alerts are seen.
Other users connected to doorbell have had no issues.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Uninviting, re inviting. Problem persists with 1 account connected to doorbell. Continues to act as if there is no device, no subscription and receive alerts.
Thoughts?

Are you using an account that was granted access? Only the primary user can add a new camera. If you're using that account that was granted access, click on Home near the top and choose the bottom selection. Each user gets a default Home so you have to choose the one from the primary user. Renaming Home helps identify which one to choose.
