Had my doorbell for less than 6 months and the battery never even lasts a month. All advised actions from Arlo completed but very little improvement. No way to complain currently available, no chatbot and the last complaint has been closed without my consent. This is terrible service and a sub par product. Arlo please feel free to contact me to resolve case number is 00683561.

How many total minutes per day, on average, does the doorbell record? If you use activity zones, delete them temporarily to get a true sense of the totals. Battery life is generally defined an <5 minutes per day.

Signal strength/quality can also be an issue. Stand next to the doorbell and use a phone app that shows WiFi strength. ALso check for nearby wireless devices that also use the 2.4GHz band that could be interfering with the signal.

My Arlo doorbell battery dies within a month despite following all troubleshooting steps. This is unacceptable. I've contacted support (case #00683561) but the issue remains unresolved. I request a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
