My camera doesn’t record full time or on motion it sends notifications but when someone rings the door bell and you answer you can talk to them but get a grey screen and a circle, I’ve tried all the answers in forums and dropped the quality, I’ve changed modems that it’s connected to I have no idea iPhone 11 Pro Max up to date

This kinda sounds like a signal strength or quality issue. A WiFi extender may be needed to provide a better signal for the doorbell.

Nah mate 1 Have 4 cameras outside of this range I also have a very high powered modem with 8 antennas so I have no strength issues
