Arlo wired video doorbell chime

Hi my new arlo wired video doorbell is connected and so is arlo power kit connected to new chime. Everything works with the arlo doorbell except the door chime doesn’t go off, only my mobile rings when video door bell is pressed. The electrician who fitted the doorbell, new chime and fuse box is baffled. Any suggestions

This could indicate an issue with the voltage output of your transformer. Take a look here: How do I measure the voltage of my doorbell transformer?
