I’ve just purchased an Arlo wired video doorbell and it continually flashes red and white. The FAQ says this means it’s not at operating temperature or doesn’t have enough internal charge and to wait for 13 minutes. But it’s been hours and it’s still doing the same. I’ve tried resetting it a few times and tried different voltages on the transformer but nothing seems to work. Any ideas what could solve this? Cheers

It may just be a faulty doorbell - swapping at the store may be the fastest resolution. You can also use Settings, Support (Center) to choose your camera model. Scroll down to Contacts to talk to official support.
