Arlo wired doorbell, stopped working and will not reset

Doorbell stopped recording and won't ring chime. Checked voltage (good), tried resetting Arlo still nothing, all it will do is flash twice. Tried removing it from my Arlo account and reinstalling it, same issue. Wi-Fi good all other items conect

Can you livestream the doorbell camera?

On recording - have you checked the subscription status?
