Arlo video doorbell wifi

I have the wired arlo video doorbell used to be connected to the latest hub but I got rid as buying new arlo pro 4 straight to wifi.anyways attempted to connect my video doorbell wired to WiFi after removing from app and base.i am attempting to connect to my WiFi through my eero mesh system.yes I am on same network and yes I disabled 5ghz and yes I rrsetted doorbell on connecting I scanned qr code and my eero recognised doorbell but app did not.i followed someone else on here issue by creating a eero guest account and it worked perfect.but is this device now stuck on this eero guest account or is there a way to get it onto my normal eero account.yes I know how to change WiFi via app settings but that bring me back to stage 1 with same issue ?

A workaround may be to change your main SSID temporarily, and use the desired on for the guest WiFi. Connect the doorbell to the guest WiFi and then remove the guest connection and rename the normal SSID back to what you need.
