I had just connected my Arlo video doorbell and everything during installation went great except when I tried to sync it with my WiFi. I tried over and over to connect it and it wouldn’t so I called tech support and she told me to turn off my WiFi and cellular data and then only turn on the WiFi on my phone. I tried that and it finally worked. I guess the cellular data was interfering with the door bell trying to connect. Hope this help you like it help me
