I have connected my video doorbell to my existing doorbell as per instructions, but there is a faint 'pip' noise from the chime unit every 5 seconds. It sounds like someone is flicking the chime with their finger. I first thought it was a dripping tap. Any ideas what it could be and how I can stop it? Everything else is working perfectly.

jochapman,
Symptoms like this often indicate a power issue with the transformer or an installation issue with the power kit.
