Arlo qr code not scanning

I have been using my Arlo doorbell wifi camera for 3+ years and it stopped working. Since removing the camera I am

unable to scan the Qr code. I have followed every step, i am very technical so I am sure the fault is the camera as I have 2 wifi connections running 2.4 and 5ghz so this isnt the issue. Please help me.

Did you reset the doorbell?
