My arlo doorbell isn’t always recording motion or doorbell rings. I have the premium trial and the app, it works sometimes but last night my call history said it rang at 5pm but when I went to arlo app it didn’t record any motion. My app also keeps logging itself out ALL the time which seems like it defeats the purpose of home monitoring if your devices stop working when it does. Any advice?

If connected to a base or hub, use local recordings to verify that nothing was recorded. This won't work if connected directly to WiFi. This could be the use of Smart which discards recordings if determined to not be what's to be found in the library.
Also, if you have more than the doorbell camera, verify that you don't have a filter set in the library.
