Can’t seem to get my Arlo wired video doorbell found via the app. I went through all the installation steps no problem. All the lights flashing normal and then when it’s time to find the doorbell through the app it just searches for a long time and doesn’t find it. It finds my base station and then tells me to proceed to press the button on the doorbell to find it, led light at first solid white. Then the app tells me to press the doorbell and proceed after the led light flashes white. I do all that and then it can’t find my doorbell. Eventually times out with a circle and red x saying no doorbells found. I have two Arlo pro 3 cameras connected to my base station no problem. I even switched my Wi-Fi to 2.4 and still having the same problem. Do I have a defective doorbell? All my cameras found by the app and connected to the base station no problem. Thanks!

I had the same problem with mine today as I tried to set it up.  I finally gave up and was trying to add one of my pro 4 cameras and it popped up as one of them.  I was able to update the firmware and it then registered on my hub as a doorbell.  Not sure the issue but it works now.  Hope it works for you as well!

You are welcome! Glad it worked for you as well! I spent a good 4 to 5 hours on it today as well.  I think it was just by chance that I had one other camera to connect and it picked it up.
