Arlo doorbell internet change unable to reconnect

Hello I change my internet and followed the steps. Did not hear chime~ followed all trouble shooting.
Does Arlo work with Rogers ignite internet is that the problem. I have the Arlo wired video doorbell. Thank you.
Customer service was not helpful hoping I can get answer here.

Did you make sure to enter the correct password/SSID? Have you tried to reboot the doorbell by removing and reinserting the battery?

Hi thank you , yes I did that. What ended up working was removing the device and just starting over again! 🙂
