Arlo door bell will not connect Model# avd2001

I have 2 base stations with 9 cameras in 2 different states in America. I tried connecting the door bell to both systems,. When I go to connect the door bell I get a promt saying i need to connect the door bell to the router to install a firmware set up. and the unit will nnot connect.
Model# avd2001
I can get the door bell to scan the qr code on the phone, I hear a ring and then nothing.
I currently have 2 different base stations That are working 9 cameras so i do not know what's up.
