My Arlo wired video doorbell used to call my iPhone when someone pressed the button, but it recently stopped doing that. I tried re-starting the device, but that did not solve the problem. I cannot find any setting on the app to correct this. Does anyone have a fix for this problem? EDIT: Silent Mode is not on. Thanks in advance.

Did you do a reset on the doorbell, by taking it all the way off the account resetting it and then re-onboarding it?

Reinstall the App, seems to be a regular problem which gets solved by removing and reinstalling the App. Its been a bug for more than a year now and still keeps happening!
