Hello...
I am writing here because after searching for a long period of time I cannot find a support email address for Arlo.
After purchasing Pro 2s and Baby within the last couple years I was exciting to buy the doorbell. I bought the doorbell because I already have arlo and like the 7 day video that is included. After installing and reading up on the video doorbell. I believe I cannot have video recorded without the smart plan... is this true? If so I am very frustrated as I purchased arlo to avoid subscriptions. So please help me...
Is there a direct customer service email?

What is that music note with the line through it on the doorbell app?

Yes.  Arlo is moving away from offering free cloud storage (it gets more and more expensive for them as the installed base grows).  It's still available on the older cameras, but not the newer ones.

It lets you know if the silence mode is engaged or not.  If it's gray, it's in the normal not-silent mode.

 

FWIW, in my opinion this is backwards (and creates confusion).

Email is an option, but many users say that Arlo responds better to live chat or phone (though it can take a while to get through).
