Arlo Video Doorbell "Request Timed Out"

My Arlo Video Doorbell no longer shows video. When the doorbell is pressed I will get a phone call to answer the door (as usual), but I cannot pull up the video feed. When I try to open the live view in the app or on the website I get a "Request Timed Out" error. Any assistance is appreciated.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

Sorry for the delayed response. I can see an updated video if I go to Settings>Home>Devices>Doorbell>Video Settings. The camera will take about 5 seconds to load and then it will show an updated view. But other than that I cannot get the video to load in the Dashboard. It shows an image from 151 day ago and then says "Request Timed Out" if I try to update it.

Have you tried to remove and reinstall the app, you can also try and remove and reinstall the doorbell.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I still have the same issue. I thought that would be the case because the camera has the same problem on the Arlo website as on the app.  I have not removed and reinstalled the doorbell. I will try that next.
