Arlo Video Doorbell not detecting people

Hello everyone, Be Ball Players
I have an Arlo Video Doorbell that I installed about two weeks ago. It was working fine until yesterday, when it stopped detecting people. I have the smart subscription and the people detection feature enabled. I can still see the live view and record motion events, but I don't get any notifications or recordings specifically for people. I have checked the settings and everything seems to be correct. I have also tried rebooting the doorbell and the base station, but nothing changed. I have the latest firmware and app version.
Is anyone else having this issue? How can I fix it? I appreciate any help or suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Have you tested this yourself with motion side to side which is how PIR sensors detect the best? A screenshot of the doorbell view may help.
