Arlo Video Doorbell not connecting to network

Hello,

I have received a new arlo video door bell I configured it first time and it connected to my network and all fine.

Then I restarted my device and since then it never connected back to my network.

I have resetted my device and gone through the steps again it configures the device but when it goes to a level where it asks for updating the firmware it fails and if I complete the setup without that it completes but it never found the device.

I have resetted number of times but it doesn't work can anyone help please.

When you reset, did you follow the reset procedure specified in the FAQ here? Hold the button for >10 seconds until the ring flashes rapidly. Remove the device from Settings, My Devices and try to reconnect again.
