Video doorbell installed this week. It is great! One issue I have come across is when I am on my phone and someone rings the doorbell, it hangs up on my current call immediately. I can not find anywhere in the settings to change this feature, thus rendering the doorbell useless because I am dropping calls because of it. I have temporarily disabled the doorbell so that I do not continue to hang up in the middle of calls. Phone is Iphone x.

I have found the issue. This has been resolved. My wife and my son had not loaded current IOS updates. This issue was resolved in IOS update 13.2.3. I spoke with Arlo Tech Support. They quickly informed me how to correct the issue.

I have all the updates and current OS on iPhone and ipad. Still disconnecting and not able to answer, lots od delay and static.
