Arlo Video Doorbell button press - No notifications at all

So I am a new member to Arlo. I have installed video doorbell everything seems to be fine on that end however when you push the doorbell it does not send a notification or when someone walks in front of it does not send a notification. It is however recording to the library each time motion is detected. It appears all permissions are OK any suggestions?

You should receive a call when the doorbell button is pressed and you should receive a push notification when motion is detected. For these to take place, you must be logged in to the Arlo Mobile App. Are you logged in when testing this?
