Is there a way to change this???? I’ve named the doorbell, but it only shows the item serial number during the phone call when pressed. Thanks in advance!

If you've changed the name of the doorbell within your Arlo mobile app, that should be the name displayed when you receive an incoming call.

 

Are you still experiencing this behavior? Which mobile app are you using (iOS or Android)?
